7. By placing an order with 7Ply Skate Store you agree to pay any customs fees or import duties applied to your goods. This also relates to any returns you wish to send back that are held at customs.
8. We cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled in time. Please note that we are unable to recall orders once they have been shipped and you will have to return the orders to us as normal, following our returns policy.
9. 7Ply Skate Store reserves the right to cancel any suspected fraudulent orders without notification.
10. Upon placing an order with 7Ply Skate Store you accept all costs and responsibility of returning goods to us. 7Ply Skate Store reserves the right to refuse and send back any returns that are not in the original condition, with hangtags attached or outside the 28 days returns period.
11. If these Terms and Conditions are not accepted in full, the use of this site must be terminated immediately.
